Short history
- 1990 foundation of VERN' d.o.o., founder of today's VERN' University
- 1994 beginning of educational activity – one-year program
- 2000 foundation of the VERN' University of Applied Sciences – accreditation of the former Ministry of Science and Technology of the Republic of Croatia
- 2007 VERN' becomes the first Croatian business university of applied sciences
- 2009 merger of the Zagreb School of Management with the VERN' Group
- 2011 merger of the School of Journalism with the VERN' Group
- 2012 opening of the International University Center VERN’-Vis
