Academy

VERN' Academy is a lifelong learning program and, as such, it is the core of continuous internal education and development of personal and professional competencies and skills of all employees, holders of VERN' culture. It is about improvement and upgrading capabilities, changing the teaching and research competencies of teachers, and elevating the level of competencies of business administration through three basic units in the programe:

1. VERN' Kurikul – represents the basic, mandatory program of improvement for all teachers and administrative staff with the goal of achieving pedagogic, methodical-didactical, oratorical, IT, communications and other skills.

2. Ad hoc seminars – focused on additional skills and knowledge, crucial for performing work tasks, such as knowledge of foreign language, use of new technologies and media, mentoring and alike.

3. Good practice workshops  - thematic gatherings of teachers from various areas, which promote good work practices
